Viewing and printing Portable Document Format (PDF) files requires that you obtain and install the free Adobe Reader program. Mac users can use the built-in Preview program (for OS X), however it may not support all the features of Adobe Reader.
We recommend that you install the latest version of Adobe Reader, which can be downloaded directly from Adobe.
If you have an older version of Adobe/Acrobat Reader, it either may not function with files on this site, or may give errors when you try to open files.
